Questions

Frequently asked

How fast do signals show up?

We poll every source on a recurring ingest cycle (hourly by default). New threads surface on the next cycle and HIGH signals rise to the top of your feed the moment they're classified.

Which communities do you monitor?

Hacker News, Reddit, Discourse forums, Stack Exchange, GitHub Discussions, and Lobsters. Every plan — Solo, Team and Scale — watches all of them; the tiers differ on volume, not coverage.

What counts as a "keyword"?

A competitor name, your own product name, or an intent phrase ("metered billing", "switching from"). Each keyword is monitored across every source on your plan.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from your workspace settings. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

How do I get started?

Pick a plan and start a 14-day trial. Card optional — you can start without one and add it later, or add it now and the trial converts automatically at day 15. Either way you can cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged.
